Location was great for us. Room was a good size and hotel quiet at night, bed comfy. Easy to get to as so close to tube and can walk Oxford St, Regent St, Piccadilly Circus. Hyde Park close by and also only a tube stop away to the kids park area if don't feel like the walk. Took taxi down to Churchill War Rooms and it was only about £10.

This is my second stay at this amazing hotel located on Oxford Street. The staff are so friendly specially Anusha who helped us for the check in and gave us a free upgrade. Rooms are spacious, bed is comfy, Wi Fi is good and the rooms are very clean. Everything is on a walking distance from the hotel and there is a Costa Coffe at the reception level and outside the hotel (attached to the hotel). The concierge team are amazing and helpful too. The breakfast at this hotel is as great as it could be with so many varieties. The hotel is 30 minutes away from Heathrow Airport (can be more with traffic). Check out time is at 11 and can be extended till 12 for free after which you can extend by paying GBP 30 per hour.

I really appreciated the exceptional hospitality and service at the hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. Also, one of the things I loved about the hotel was the level of comfort and the excellent amenities provided. The rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of keeping everything well organized. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect for my stay. It was conveniently situated near several popular attractions, I appreciated how easily I could explore the city and return to the comfort of the hotel without any hassle.

We loved the location which is one street behind Oxford St. It's near to the marble arch area where we could go take the hop on off bus and also for a morning walk in hyde park. Primark was only a walk away and that was brilliant to the wife. Taxis are readily available queuing up in front of the hotel. Because of this, we were able to cover more than 20 places we have starred in google map for our travel. Staff were always available at the reception and were very helpful. I accidentally left my sweater near the waiting area and thought I've lost it but one of the staff went to the store and took it out from safekeeping. Bfast was excellent and we loved the spread. The adjoining restaurant was also very nice with lovely fish& chips. the room was spacious enough and was neat and clean. We stayed there for 3 nights and continued with another 3 nights after we discovered the poor cramped quality of our next hotel stay in sussex gardens. we keft the hotel and immediately booked Thistle hotel and fortunately there were still many rooms available through booking.com. Thank u U saved the day.

Location (near to Primark, Pharmacy, Convenience Stalls - Sainsbury's), strong WiFi, rather friendly staff. Beds were comfy, even the sofa bed. Rooms had most things you needed. Housekeeping was great and supplies replenished daily.
